We are looking for a FULL TIME RBT to provide In Home ABA Therapy. These hours would be Weekdays (Monday through Friday) anywhere between 8 am to 4 pm.

• HIRING BONUS: $200 sign-on bonus for credentialed RBTs. Details provided during interview.

The Registered Behavior Technician provides ABA services to clients and families in their homes and the community. Duties can include:

• Skills assessments such as VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R
• Behavioral assessments
• Implementation of BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) -approved behavior intervention plans
• Implementation of BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) -approved skill acquisition programming
• Parent and teacher training
• Regular supervision from a BTLC-approved BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Clerical work in the form of:
• keeping track of personal timecard
• session notes
• maintenance of client programming binder
• Other duties as assigned
• Driving throughout the Greater Houston area is required.

Possible Job Requirements in addition to those above

• Provide training to staff
• Continue to participate in regular training sessions
• Provide training to newer employees
• Physically care for clients including toilet training and/or changing diapers
• Possible contact with bodily fluids such as saliva, mucus, urine, bowel movements, and blood
• Employee must be physically able to lift 35 lbs. daily, squat, be up and down from the floor multiple times per hour and run for at least 25 yards
