Our partner is looking for experienced Backend ABAP developers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very strong ABAP / Data Modeling (with CDS Views) experience according to the newest language elements
• Hands-On experience with Object Oriented ABAP including conceptualization, development and support
• Experience with OData protocol and service exposure
• Quality-focused approach down to object/variable-naming
• Ability to translate business requirements to Data Model & Solution Design and Implementation
• Strong experience with SQL, db table design, queries by also taking performance aspects into consideration
• Familiarity with E2E testing and debugging, network analysis
• Experience in API testing with REST Client e.g. Postman
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with others

• Design, develop and support of application solutions running on SAP Business Technology Platform with (BTP) ABAP with multi-tenancy
• Product development with close collaboration with fellow development team members
• Code ownership own the code and make it better, if required after several iteration
• Participation on Code Review sessions
• Analyze business requirements and make effort estimations and risk / impact analysis
• Data Modeling, review and implementation with RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
