On average, technicians with drive and desire, have been promoted and have increased their earning potential to between $60-80k annually, after only 6 months of employment. Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. Job Description * Handle materials containing asbestos and lead * Assist with jobs involving mold and bacteria from water damage * Help perform abatements to control the work environment and protect homeowners and workers * Follow all safety procedures on-site A supervisor will always be present to guide you and ensure a safe, clean work environment. All required PPE will be provided by RMR. Qualifications: · Positive and fun attitude · Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs · Previous restoration experience is a plus · IICRC or other certifications Preferred · Clean driving record required · Full-Time · Must be 21 years of age · Must be able to read and write fluently in English **must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen** Responsibilities: Compensation for Full-time Employees: Job Types: Full-time Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO and Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time #INDHG
