JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• On-the-job training will be provided, based on the task assigned and tools that may be required.
• Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to carry/lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to get to the job site on a daily basis.
• Nice to have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle would be an asset.
• Spanish speaking would be considered an asset.

• Applicants must have a valid Asbestos license.
• Loading and unloading material supplies and equipment.
• Abatement remediation and demolition.
• Abatement of asbestos, mold, lead and other building materials.
• Cleaning up spills, removing construction debris and other duties as required.
• Perform abatement duties as a preferred vendor for the restoration company.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Respirator is a part of the PPE and will be required to adhere to the standards of WorkSafe BC
