We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers in the US, UK, and ANZ, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization. About The Role About the role: Work with all of the relevant B2B stakeholders to roll out Lead Generation & Global Programs according to the yearly roadmap. Manage all of the B2B funnels,flows; including overseeing the content messaging strategy Monitor programs performances, deliverability, analyze results, and enhance campaigns accordingly. Refine marketing strategy to increase reach, engagement, retention, and conversions Develop a continuous A/B testing plan with the goal of optimizing performance and achieving campaign KPIs Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in an user journey management or equivalent marketing role Deep understanding with the B2B user journey and ABMs strategy Excellent analytical skills. Experience working with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers. Experience using Looker & Salesforce - an advantage Detail-oriented with a meticulous eye Ability to switch between multiple projects, focus on execution, and adhere to deadlines Team player, proactive, motivated and organized.
