Job Description:
Phreesia is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to establish and lead the company’s first ABM marketing program. The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands-on marketer with extensive experience using ABM platforms such as 6sense. In this role, you will work closely with marketing segment leads and the sales organization to identify target accounts and decision-makers and to develop engagement strategies tailored to their needs and priorities. This is an individual contributor role but highly visible as it will involve extensive collaboration with segment marketing leads, content managers, marketing channel leads, marketing analytics, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify key accounts within Phreesia’s target market segments and communicate key ABM updates and progress to executive leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, providing actionable recommendations to increase pipeline creation and manage the relationship with Phreesia’s ABM platform vendor.
  • Own in-platform orchestrations and demand-side platform (DSP) advertising to optimize ABM campaign execution.
  • Establish KPIs and develop standardized reporting for awareness, consideration, and decision campaigns, focusing on driving business impact and increasing pipeline.
  • Effectively manage the budget to ensure maximum return on ABM initiatives.
  • Educate the sales and marketing teams on key buying signals identified in ABM initiatives and provide guidance on how best to follow up on those signals.
  • Partner with marketing channel leads to launch multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and email.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 5 plus years of experience in B2B marketing with 3 plus years of experience in account-based marketing
  • 6sense Administrator certification, and 6sense Next-Gen Marketer Certification
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Excellent oral & communication skills, and experience communicating with executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • SaaS marketing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
