Job Summary:
As our ABM/Outbound Campaign Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact, highly targeted marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and put S4labour in front of the right people at the right time. This role is all about making meaningful connections with decision-makers in hospitality and – turning insight into action, and campaigns into conversions. You’ll collaborate across departments, blending creativity with commercial thinking to design and deliver campaigns that resonate, engage, and perform. Location:
This role is hybrid, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both from home and our Banbury office and, of course, in the field. However, during your induction phase you’ll need to be in the office more often to soak up all the knowledge and get fully onboarded.
Core Responsibilities
· Plan, build, and execute outbound multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales objectives
· Align and inform campaign calendars and coordinate messaging across email, paid, organic, social, and for events with the value proposition, ICP/TAM and overall marketing plan
· Work with Sales to develop and execute sector-specific outbound and ABM campaigns
· Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously improving ROI
· Collaborate with content and design teams to brief in assets and ensure timely delivery
· Support CRM/sales tech stack and automation workflows for lead nurture and scoring.
· Oversee event and webinar logistics as part of campaign execution
· Maintain tight alignment with sales around campaign follow-up and feedback loops
· Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to inform messaging and targeting
Experience Required
· 2–4 years in a B2B campaign marketing role, ideally in SaaS or tech
· Experience executing campaigns targeting hospitality operators or multi-site businesses is a nice to have.
· Strong project management skills – able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
· Proficient with marketing automation, sales tech and CRM tools – ideal; Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact data aggregators – nice to have; Force24, Gong
· Comfortable working closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment
· Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
