Abogado responsable de administrar, apoyar en la negociación, y ejecutar los diversos contratos de las empresas del Grupo, responsable de administrar el sistema de Contratación de la compañia; responsable de atender y ejecutar los diversos requerimientos corporativos de las empresas del Grupo en materia comercial, societaria, lealtad comercial, defensa de la competencia, defensa del consumidor, datos personales y regulatorio, para sus diferentes canales de comercilización, venta directa, retail e ecommerce. Asegurar la debida y oportuna instrumentación de los actos societarios y registrales de las distintas entidades legales del Grupo. Participar activamente en la implementación de proyectos que requieran de instrumentación legal . Responsable de garantizar una oportuna y adecuada atención a reclamos de consumidores, sea por cuestiones civiles, comerciales o, específicamente, relacionadas a defensa del consumidor, lealtad comercial, datos personales o responsabilidad de producto. Responsable de gestionar y administrar las tareas a traves del equipo interno y los asesores externos; administrando adecuadamente los recursos disponibles para la atrención de los temas a su cargo. Responsibilities

The lawyer is responsible for administering, supporting negotiations, and executing various contracts for the Group companies, while also managing the company's contracting system. This role involves handling corporate requirements across commercial, corporate, loyalty, competition defense, consumer defense, personal data, and regulatory matters for direct sales, retail, and e-commerce channels.
