Reporting to the Manager of Aboriginal Employment, you will play a key role in driving TAFE NSW's Aboriginal Employment Strategy and supporting the delivery of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Working across the People Group, you will partner with leaders, People & Culture teams, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders across TAFE NSW to develop and implement workforce initiatives that increase the attraction, employment, retention, and career development of Aboriginal people. You will provide expert advice on Aboriginal employment matters, lead strategic projects and initiatives, build strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and organisations, and support Aboriginal employees throughout their employment journey. About You To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the broader People and Culture team, including partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition team. Ideally you will have previously worked in a role related to managing and/or supporting an Aboriginal Employment Strategy. To succeed in this role, you will have: * Aboriginality (Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of 1977).
