Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary health care team through providing a specialised high level of health care and education to patients
    with complex needs to build both cultural and clinical competence.
  2. Provide timely and culturally safe care, advice and health education to a patient group with diverse and complex care requirements
  3. Work within a multidisciplinary framework and provide feedback to the senior staff and management on program and clinical issues.
  4. Prioritise and manage a caseload within a changing work environment to ensure timelines and health outcomes are met.
  5. Engage with community members and key stakeholder organisations to strengthen community involvement in health service delivery.
  6. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to
    ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  7. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary work practices and role modelling behaviour.
