Responsibilities
  1. Provide a culturally responsive service in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, develop case management and
    healthcare plans and support Aboriginal people in complying with their care plan.
  2. Engage with community members to strengthen community involvement in health service delivery.
  3. Provide health practice and cultural support to other health professionals to build cultural competence and responsiveness.
  4. Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support of Trainee Aboriginal Health Practitioners to develop competent
    practitioners.
  5. In partnership with other health professionals provide health education and promotion programs in a community.
  6. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken
    in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  7. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practice and role modelling behaviour.
