Responsibilities
  1. Provide culturally and clinically safe cardiac health care services, including promoting prevention, early detection and early
    intervention to achieve better health outcomes.
  2. In partnership with other healthcare professionals, develop culturally safe healthcare plans for individuals and support them to self-
    manage their health care plan.
  3. In collaboration with key stakeholders, engage with community members to plan, organise and evaluate primary health care programs
    which address identified needs to strengthen community involvement in health service delivery.
  4. Participate in the organisations Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process including research for the provision of safe, effective
    and efficient health care.
  5. Provide professional supervision, mentoring and support to new graduates and trainees to develop their skills, knowledge and
    professional capabilities.
  6. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in
    order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
