E. ABOUT THE MEMBERSHIP AND CORPORATE RELATIONS

The Membership & Corporate Relations (MCR) actively promote and engage SNEF members and employers at large. We are expanding and are looking for Executives/ Senior Executives who are passionate to work with C suite and HR leaders to promote good employment practices and advocate the interests of employers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word programs, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based CRM systems
  • Excellent communicator on phone, via email, and in-person
  • Self-motivated and thrives in results-oriented sales environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any equivalent field
  • Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven, disciplined, target driven, versatile and able to adapt to changes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business and related fields of study.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create membership awareness through phone calls/emails, events, marketing collaterals and other outreach methods
  • Identify prospects for membership and move prospects through the membership recruitment cycle
  • Understand and provide information on new membership products/services
  • Study and prepare reports to identify incoming leads for potential memberships
  • Outreach at events for prospects for membership
  • Curate Hot List of top prospects for follow up and recruitment
  • Set and manage appointments for membership presentation
  • Conduct presentations to prospects
  • Prepare reports and update membership recruitment at weekly meeting
  • Take on project and task as assigned by the Head of Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and establish contacts with new companies to broaden SNEF network and membership base.
  • Recruit and grow SNEF membership based on targets.
  • Plan and cultivate strong relationship with existing members by planning and executing programmes and events.
  • Create awareness on SNEF’s services through events and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage membership reports and database.
  • Take on project and task as assigned by the reporting officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives and monitor the recruitment and retention efforts of SNEF membership.
  • Drives and monitor the development and execution of engagement efforts for SNEF members and stakeholders.
  • Drives and monitor efforts to enhance the members experience.
  • Assist the department head in the routine submission of the governance reports.
  • Assist the department head in task assigned to the department.
