QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (essential)
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related filed with expertise in content and website management experience
  • Meticulous, resourceful, creative and a team player
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills (candidate will need to go undergo written and oral presentation)
  • Possess IT savvy skills and creative in designing is an advantage
  • Good experience/ knowledge in CMS, Goggle Analytics and basic HTML knowledge is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with management team and comms team to develop and implement the overall communication mission of SNEF
  • Develops and implements a communications strategy for SNEF to build and maintains a positive corporate brand
  • Develops and coordinates the implementation a crisis communications strategy for SNEF
  • Evaluates results and impact of communications activities, reports on developments, trends and attitudes on issues of concern to SNEF

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Publication content specialist
  • Draft, design, edit and distributes targeted communication material specific to audience and trending topics for SNEF periodicals, monthly e-newsletters, publications, e-flyers, etc that promotes the effective communication of SNEF’s messages and programmes to enhance the understanding of SNEF’s work and mission
  • Plan and develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules for SNEF events, websites and social media accounts
  • Plan and implement the publishing strategy and workflow
  • Collaborate with different teams in SNEF and internal stakeholders to enhance the visibility of SNEF’s services

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Online comms specialist
  • Plan, create and publish persuasive digital communication content for SNEF websites and social media accounts that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each online platform to grow an audience, build brand awareness
  • Oversee site metrics for SNEF’s online platforms, interact with online visitors, and be responsible for creative design for SNEF’s online platforms
  • Set up and optimise SNEF’s online and social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of SNEF’s social media content
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and prepare report on the impact of online communications activities, reports on developments, trends and attitudes on issues of concern to SNEF
  • Support the coordination and implementation of SNEF’s crisis comms strategy
  • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results and stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Branding and Marketing specialist
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy to drive the SNEF brand relevancy and consistency in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting SNEF’s priorities
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with SNEF brand direction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
  • Using analytical tools to monitor and prepare report on the impact of communications activities, reports on developments, trends and attitudes on issues of concern to SNEF
