In order to support the materials and process laboratories, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

MASTERAND STUDENT IN THE FIELD OF PROCESS ENGINEER (D/F/M)

You are looking for a master thesis and want to get to know the work of a materials and process engineer?

Location: Donauwörth
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Literature research and data analysis
  • Definition/coordination/execution of sample production and material tests
  • Scientific evaluation and documentation

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled Master’s student specializing in aerospace engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering or a similar discipline
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in materials science and materials engineering
  • Enjoy experimental activities
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Scientific and autonomy approach
  • Fluent in German and English
