EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years of experience in human resources or business leadership in a multi-dynamic environment
  • (3) years’ experience in project management, leave programs or workforce management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of human resources principles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with leadership.
  • Ability to partner with operational and support function leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects teams towards achieving deliverables.
  • Ability to delegate while maintaining accountability.
