Aufgabenbereich Du führst ein starkes Pflegeteam mit rund 20 Kolleg:innen menschlich & professionell Du bleibst zu ca. 50% am Bett ,weil Nähe zu Team und Patient:innen zählt Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe mit Tools wie Huddle-Boards, Pflegepool & Backoffice-Support Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Pflegeleads und einem top interdisziplinären Team Du bringst Ideen ein, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und machst Pflege jeden Tag ein bisschen besser Anforderungsprofil Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH und Lust auf Verantwortung Erste Führungserfahrung (idealerweise in der Reha) Organisation liegt dir im Blut, Entscheidungen triffst du mit Herz und Verstand Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Haltung, herzlich, klar und lösungsorientiert Du willst die Pflege mitgestalten, weiterdenken und andere mitziehen Erfahrung im neurologischen Bereich (z.B. mit MS- oder Parkinsonpatient/innen) Kontakt Michel Leça 0612278795 michel.leca@jokerpersonal.ch
