As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you work to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You collaborate with engagement managers inplanning engagements, propose customized audit work programs, and lead the execution of audit work programs by conducting interviews and assessing internal controls. Responsibilities Collaborating with engagement managers to plan audit engagements Proposing tailored audit work programs Leading the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and evaluating internal controls Building and nurturing client relationships Analyzing intricate business issues from strategy to execution Mentoring and guiding junior team members Upholding top standards in deliverables Developing a thorough understanding of the business context What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Statistics 4 to 8 years of combined relevant experience in IT audit and external/internal audit Certified Public Accountant and/or CISA certification and additional relevant certification/s are an advantage Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Proven capability to mentor and guide subordinates Digitally skilled in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite Foundational skills in Alteryx and Tableau Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior management Experience in IT controls testing or IT Audit Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
