• 10+ years’ experience, preferably in commercial/high-end residential projects
• Strong skills in AC installation, troubleshooting, repair, copper welding, and refrigerant handling
• Experience with reputable construction companies
• Copper welding knowledge required
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, professional, and reliable
