Job Description We are currently seeking an AC Technician to join us at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach . As an AC Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests. Performs maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across the Resort, including chillers, pumps, and coolers, ensuring all systems operate at their best. Works as part of a collaborative Engineering team to deliver timely, professional solutions to maintenance challenges — keeping guest comfort and satisfaction at the forefront. Takes ownership of assigned tasks and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Partners closely with the Chief Engineer and fellow tradespeople, contributing to departmental goals, budget adherence, and the overall smooth running of hotel facilities. Upholds all safety and compliance requirements, including the Electrical Safety Act, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike. Maintains a clean and organised work area, reports hazards promptly, and handles all property and security responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.
