You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our building's physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings. Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing. Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers). Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation. Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure. Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems. Follow safety procedures and standards. Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing. Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal operational disruption. Participate in training programs to upgrade technical and HVAC skills. Suggest improvements to maintenance processes for better efficiency and cost control. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance. Knowledge of various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Self-motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude Basic computer skills for using maintenance management systems Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency calls Valid driver's license may be required Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world.
