We are looking for a motivated and reliable AC Technician Helper to join our team! You will assist our lead HVAC technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic understanding of tools and HVAC systems (a plus)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

Assist in AC installation, repairs, and maintenance
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
Clean and prepare work areas
Follow safety procedures and company protocols
Help diagnose basic HVAC problems
Keep service vehicles clean and organized
Support technicians with various tasks as needed
