About the Role We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Affordable Care Act (ACA) department, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced ACA Sales Agent to join our team on-site in Tampa, FL. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-floor department build-out—working closely with leadership to shape structure, strategy, and performance metrics while helping clients access affordable healthcare coverage through the marketplace. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement Make outbound calls to existing Medicare clients and their families to discuss and sell ACA marketplace insurance products. Provide exceptional customer service while identifying coverage opportunities that meet client needs. Department Development Partner with management to design, track, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational goals. Assist in developing the structure and best practices of the ACA department. Call Center Operations Use prior experience running or supporting an insurance call center to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Ensure strong communication and alignment between sales, licensing, and back-office teams. Carrier Relations Support or participate in carrier contract negotiations, leveraging experience to secure favorable partnerships and compensation structures.
