  • Total Remuneration $42,785 to $45,192 pa (including salary of $36,154 to $38,188 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

WORKING AT CQUNIVERSITY

We are seeking a passionate professional to join our friendly team within CQUEnglish to support international students. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering a positive student experience by providing high-quality administrative and student support services.
Working closely with the English Language Centre Academic Manager you will provide administrative and student support within CQUEnglish at our Sydney campus. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks including data input for courses, financial activities and contributing to student compliance processes. The planning of orientation and graduation programs as well as other social events will also be a part of your role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong professional relationships across the University as you liaise with staff from Admissions, Compliance, Student Success, and other teams. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will ensure accurate reporting, responsive service, and effective support for our English language students.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, CQUniversity policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of the requirements of a NEAS Quality Endorsed Centre, ESOS obligations, and the broader regulatory environment relating to international students.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional administrative support to staff and clients, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language (desirable).
