We are currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and committed Arabic-English Bilingual Academic Administrator to join a prestigious long-term training project based in Abu Dhabi.


This role is ideal for candidates with a strong administrative background and previous teaching or academic experience who are passionate about supporting educational operations in a structured and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily academic and administrative documentation.
  • Manage the daily / weekly attendance process by preparing, distributing, collecting, maintaining, and submitting accurate attendance records for 04 classes in accordance with project procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Compile and maintain records for:
    • Placement Test results
    • Bi-weekly assessment results
    • End-of-level examination reports
  • Translate weekly reports, lesson plans, and other academic documents from English into Arabic with a high level of accuracy.
  • Report any incidents, operational issues, or concerns occurring during training sessions.
  • Complete and maintain all required documentation using company-provided templates and forms.
  • Liaise professionally with trainers, management, and the client to ensure the smooth daily operation of the project.
  • Ensure all records are maintained accurately, confidentially, and submitted within required deadlines.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Teaching or academic background is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably within an educational, training, or academic environment.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and documentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly dependable, punctual, and committed to a long-term assignment.
