Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Advise students on program options, course selection, and admission requirements.
• Manage the admissions process, ensuring smooth conversion from leads to enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with prospective students regularly.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions performance and achieve enrollment targets.
• Collaborate closely with academic, admissions, and support teams to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, education admissions, or EdTech sales.
• Proven track record of achieving enrollment or admissions targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet tools, and CRM systems.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
