Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain our Forex Trading Academy courses, programs, and learning opportunities to potential students.
• Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and update lead status.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide professional guidance throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
