Reporting to the Senior Director of Academic Affairs, the Academic Affairs Analyst assists in providing high-level administrative, operational, and budgetary support to the Office of the Provost within the Division of Academic Affairs. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of Academic Affairs and supports a broad range of responsibilities including assisting in budgeting, securing faculty documentation and compliance, and coordination with special academic units. This position will assist the Senior Director to ensure synchronicity between Workday and Adaptive Planning, maintaining spreadsheets, participating in budget monthly meetings and providing training.
