Industry/Service Higher Education Post/Job Title Academic Associate - Finance & Accounting Area Job Purpose The position is suitable for candidates with excellent academic credentials who have a long-term interest in doing their doctoral program and engaging in teaching and research. Reporting to Chairperson - Finance & Accounting Area Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities * The candidate is required to provide teaching and research support to the faculty depending on the requirements of the faculty. * The candidate should be willing and interested to assist faculty on all aspects of their academic research and teaching work. * The candidate should support the proctoring duties of the institute as and when assigned and other assignments that are given from time to time. Qualification and Personal Profile Candidates are required to hold a master’s degree or Postgraduate degree which is equivalent to master’s degree in management, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other related disciplines. Duration Initially for a period of one year and extendable to a maximum period of three years. Stipend An all-inclusive monthly stipend will be in the range of ₹ 43,000/- to ₹ 55,000/- based on experience of the applicant. The closing date for applications is 03 July 2026.
