We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Academic Coordinator to join our Academic Team. In this role, you will oversee the class allocation for tutors and coordinate the timely delivery of educational content, ensuring high-quality materials that meet our students’ needs. You will collaborate closely with content developers, head tutors, and the Heads of Tutoring & Subject Development to streamline processes and support the growth of our academic programs. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model and flexible hours.

Completed the VCE and Performed Well
Bachelor’s Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce/Business or a related field (ideal)
Prior Project Management Experience (ideal)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Project & Team Coordination: Manage and track the tutoring team roster, class allocation, lesson schedule, tutor availability and changes alongside content development projects, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Tutor Team Administration: Support coordination of tutor training in conjunction with Head Tutors and Head of Tutoring
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between content developers, head tutors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and information flow.
  • Payroll Administration: Review time cards and rosters, ensuring accuracy prior to Head Tutor review and sign-off.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the content development workflow.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports and trend analysis on project status, team performance, and other key metrics for senior management.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to track deadlines and milestones, upcoming priorities and flag them proactively.
  • Feedback Coordination: Partner with student facing functions, such as Customer Service & Program Success to aggregate, codify and share feedback to the tutoring leadership group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity
