As our Academic Coordinator, you will work with other departments to help best facilitate a positive learning environment for the students. You will work directly with the teachers and other academic staff to schedule and to ensure that they are current on trainings. Discovery Ranch South combines the power of traditional and experiential therapies to create a clinically sophisticated, relationship-based residential treatment program. Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle check Must have a current Utah drivers license Will need to be CPR/First Aid (within first 30 days of employment) and Crisis Intervention trained Must have basic math and strong computer skills & learn new software quickly Must have effective time management skills, strong boundaries, be a good listener, and adhere to rules and regulations Effective written and verbal communication Work well in a team setting environment Academic middle or high school experience is preferred. Strong organization skills and team leadership experience is preferred. This position is full-time and eligible for health benefits.
