CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of UAEbased experience in telesales inside sales or academic counseling in the education or EdTech industry
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting
  • Goaloriented professional with a proactive and multitasking approach

ROLE OVERVIEW

Eduhub Institute is seeking a targetdriven and skilled Academic Counselor to join our Inside Sales team This position requires excellent communication abilities a customerfocused mindset and the drive to convert highquality leads into successful enrollments in our certification programs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Counsel working professionals through inbound and outbound calls to guide them on suitable training programs
  • Convert provided leads into enrollments by identifying learner needs and career goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in the CRM system
  • Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports with higher management
  • Follow up with prospective learners and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with training support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and learner satisfaction
  • Stay informed on all Eduhub course offerings and industry trends
