Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding educational pathways, subject selection, and study options.
Support students in choosing appropriate secondary school courses and university programs based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
Develop and monitor individualized academic plans to help students achieve their educational goals.
Advise students and parents on university admissions requirements, application procedures, enrollment processes, and scholarship opportunities.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic concerns and educational planning needs.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide recommendations and intervention strategies where necessary.
Coordinate and organize university visits, education fairs, career exploration events, and higher education awareness activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to stay informed about academic programs, admission requirements, and recruitment opportunities.
Arrange presentations, workshops, and information sessions with university representatives for students and parents.
Guide students through university application, admission, and enrollment processes, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Research and communicate local and international higher education opportunities, academic pathways, and scholarship programs.
Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, parents, and external educational partners to support student success.
Maintain accurate student records, counseling documentation, and university guidance reports.
Stay informed about educational trends, curriculum developments, and higher education opportunities to provide current and relevant advice.
