Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Support students with emotional, behavioral, social, and academic concerns
• Identify students requiring additional support and refer cases when necessary
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership
• Assist in developing student wellbeing programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Support conflict resolution and behavior management strategies
• Conduct workshops and awareness sessions related to mental health and student wellbeing
• Monitor student progress and prepare reports when required
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
• Knowledge of child development and student wellbeing practices
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

• Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus
