QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in postsecondary education, preferably in a PCC or regulated institution.
  • Strong knowledge of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, MCU directives, and NACC standards.
  • Postsecondary degree in education, business, health sciences, or related field
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and reporting (e.g., audits, inspections, Ministry reporting systems).
  • Experience in faculty management, curriculum oversight, and compliance reporting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external consultants to strengthen compliance and licensing outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to student success, academic quality, and institutional integrity.

Responsibilities

COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY DUTIES

  • Act as the Designated Official under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with MCU, NACC, and other oversight bodies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance reports, including KPI data, student contracts, tuition refunds, and academic records.
  • Maintain inspection readiness, including proper student files, faculty credentials, and program documentation.
  • Engage and collaborate with external consultants to support compliance, licensing, audits, program approvals, and curriculum alignment.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
