The Academic Director provides leadership in the efficient, effective and equitable operation of the Academic

department in the development and delivery of its programs. The role is also responsible for developing

strong links with key staff at partner Universities and for performance in teaching and learning.

The Academic Director is responsible for:

• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning policies, practices and strategies
• Provide leadership in the development of program profiles and curriculum development
• Ensure established learning and teaching aims and objectives are achieved as per the annual Learning & Teaching Plan
• Foster excell
