In 2012 Homerton Simulation Centre received a highly commended award from the London Deanery for best secondary care department at the Elisabeth Paice Awards. We also received 2 further awards from STELI for Education - for Excellence in Productivity, and for Excellence in Academic Activity.
In January 2014 we have successfully obtained funding from HENCEL (Health Education North Central and East London) for our multi-disciplinary in-situ training programme, which has expanded (including into primary care) every year since.
