REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree and fours year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 1:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 2:

Ability to organize and present information related to systems and processes in a pedagogical and cohesive manner to train a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 3:

Ability to manage a complex portfolio of work in an intensive multi-tasking, entrepreneurial environment. Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 4:

Demonstrated experience working with Workday and Interfolio. The ability to work with and learn a variety of other computer systems and software, assess enhancement opportunities, and troubleshoot errors.

REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 5:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional customer service orientation.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Workday, Interfolio, Hyland OnBase, and other online software or cloud systems. Familiar with academic environments, typical faculty career path, and comfortable working with senior faculty members. Knowledge of state and federal staffing regulations. Proven experience with training and/or developing staff.
