Description
elop and execute a holistic Learning & Development strategy covering behavioural, technical and leadership development needs across assigned business groups.
Act as a strategic L&D partner to senior stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of learning strategy, delivery and measurable impact.
Design and implement innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions and content across the organisation.
Lead and enhance structured learning programmes, leadership development modules and broader people-development initiatives.
Oversee the organisation-wide Learning Management System and wider learning ecosystem across multiple locations.
Develop the annual L&D strategy, budget and learning calendar, including mandatory and regulatory training requirements.
Lead the design and delivery of technical, behavioural, competency and soft-skills development programmes.
