POSITION SPECIFICS

The Education Policy Studies Department is seeking to hire an experienced administrative professional as an Academic Program Coordinator to primarily support its Education and Public Policy (EPP) program and the World Campus graduate program.
The Academic Program Coordinator will ensure smooth operations within the programs by collaborating with and supporting faculty, staff, and students; responding to program inquiries; providing student support service (including with internships), and maintaining records.
This position is also vital to the programs by coordinating and planning program-related virtual and in-person events (e.g., orientations, receptions, and workshops).
More specific responsibilities of the Academic Program Coordinator include but are not limited to:

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None
