Description

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our academic team and contribute to the delivery and management of English and Education Studies programmes. This role offers the opportunity to teach, lead modules, and shape curriculum design that supports both local and international learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons to international students in English and to local and international students in Master of Arts (Education Studies).
  • Take on responsibilities as Programme Manager and/or Module Leader for the Master’s programme, ensuring smooth delivery and student support.
  • Design, develop, and enhance curricula for new and existing courses, incorporating innovative learning aids and resources.
  • Create and update teaching materials tailored to enrichment and remedial learning needs.
  • Oversee assessment processes, including setting, vetting, marking, and moderating assignments and examinations across English programmes (PCIE, English Plus, and English Advanced).
  • Provide academic guidance, consultation, and pastoral support to students to ensure a positive and supportive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Education, English, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of teaching or academic experience, with some leadership exposure preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage classes, programmes, and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiar with CPE / EduTrust regulations for Private Education Institutions.
  • Experience in curriculum design, programme planning, or budgeting is an advantage.
