Salary: UOM 4 – $78,824 to $83,655 p.a. plus 17% super

WORKING AT THE UNIVERSITY – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Administering assessments and results processes by collating and uploading marks, supporting the distribution and return of assessment materials, maintaining relevant records in university systems, and ensuring timely responses to staff and student enquiries.
  • Supporting timetabling activities by entering and updating data in university scheduling systems, monitoring enrolments, assisting with class registration, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of teaching spaces.
  • Contributing to key academic events and operations by assisting with planning and delivery of major faculty events such as Orientation and Open Day, and undertaking other duties as required to support the broader Teaching and Learning team.
  • Ensuring compliance and upholding quality standards by adhering to University policies, statutory obligations, and risk management frameworks, including responsibilities related to occupational health and safety.
