ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four (4) years of recent and relevant experience coordinating and administering undergraduate and/or graduate academic programs preferably in a post-secondary environment
  • Experience coordinating the preparation of program and/or course material
  • Experience conceptualizing, organizing and executing events and/or programming
  • Experience analyzing statistical information to inform enrollment projections and/or planning
  • Experience updating/ recommending internal process improvements
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills; Proven time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 Products: e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Ability to de-escalate and resolve complaints
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize and understand the needs of students from a wide variety of backgrounds and orientations

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Analyzing statistical information to inform enrollment projections and planning
  • Analyzing service delivery and/or internal processes and recommending improvements
  • Developing and maintaining procedures for administration of examinations
  • Coordinating the preparation and distribution of program and/or course material
  • Coordinating accreditation and/or program audit processes
  • Conceptualizing, organizing and executing event activities
  • Interpreting guidelines to determine the eligibility of graduate students for teaching assistantships.
  • Coordinating work-integrated learning activities.
  • Tracking and monitoring distribution of awards and financial aid
