Key responsibilities

  • Support the consistent implementation of academic quality policies and procedures.
  • Produce high-quality reports for internal stakeholders, awarding partners and external organisations.
  • Support academic audits, assessment processes and student casework procedures.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects.
  • Provide administrative and governance support to academic boards and committees, including preparing agendas, minutes and reports.
  • Support preparations relating to regulatory requirements and degree-awarding powers.
  • Work collaboratively with academic and professional services teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of quality assurance systems and processes.

  • Strong professional writing and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience within higher education, academic quality, quality assurance, compliance or a related environment would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel between campuses when required.
