In this role, you will support the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of IFSA’s academic records, development, and policy implementation. This role ensures timely and accurate coordination of academic records, contributes to continuous improvement of systems and workflows, and supports cross-functional coordination between Academic Affairs, Program Development, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders. With innovative programming and world-class support, IFSA delivers future-focused study abroad options in 19 countries and 48 cities around the globe.  Our commitments to inclusive excellence [https://ifsa-butler.org/inclusive-excellence/], intercultural agility [https://ifsa-butler.org/intercultural-agility/], individualized learning [https://ifsa-butler.org/individualized-learning/] and enduring impact [https://ifsa-butler.org/enduring-impact/]  are present in every aspect of our programs.     Learn more about IFSA at https://www.ifsa-butler.org/ [https://www.ifsa-butler.org/]     In this position, your responsibilities would include:  * Academic Records Development Coordination (50%)  * Maintain and update academic records systems including Salesforce, CHART, LMS, and Notion platforms.  * Coordinate academic records for all new program developments and redevelopments, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.   * Contribute to curriculum planning process and manage records for curriculum planning, including syllabi development, version control, and workflow movement through IFSA’s Notion system. Coordinate timely feedback, approvals, and collaboration with Butler University and other academic partners to ensure accurate exchange and maintenance of syllabi and related materials * Ensure accuracy and transparency of course records and student academic data.  * Assist in quality assurance of syllabi and alignment with IFSA standards.  * Interdepartmental and External Coordination (30%)  * Liaise with Student Engagement, Marketing, Institutional Engagement, and IT for records-related and development needs.  * Support the academic records team in coordinating with site staff and regional teams to ensure accurate course registration and records.  * Support strategic reviews and data-informed decision-making through records analysis.  * Process Improvement & Documentation (10%)  * Identify and implement efficiencies in academic records workflows. * Document processes and create instructional guides for internal stakeholders.  * Collaborate with Program Development to align records processes with new program launches and redesigns.  * Support training initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes.  * Administrative & Communications Support (10%)  * Support transcript processing, enrolment verification, grade appeals, and exam regulations.  * Manage calendars, conduct research, and complete special projects as assigned.  * Assist in planning and organizing virtual and in-person meetings and events.  * Draft communications and reports related to academic records and program development. * Other duties and projects, as assigned.   Requirements, Work Experience and Education  * Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. * English language proficiency at the high-intermediate level; knowledge of an additional official language of a country in which IFSA operate is highly desirable. * 2+ years of professional experience in education, nonprofits, or academic administration.  * Experience with Salesforce, Canvas, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.  * Experience as an educator strongly preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  * Effective intercultural communicator across written, verbal, and visual formats.  * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.  * Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.  * Enthusiasm for IFSA’s mission, vision, and values. * Ability to cultivate and model practices and behaviors that reflect IFSA’s organizational commitments of inclusive excellence, intercultural agility, individualized learning and enduring impact   * The legal right to work in Peru, physically reside in Peru    We know there are great candidates who won’t check all of these boxes, and we also know you might bring important perspectives, experiences and skills that we haven’t considered.
