Abwaab | Academic Recruitment Specialist Location : Baghdad, Iraq Type : Full-time Department : Sufoof Job Description: The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process of teachers, morsheds, and other academic/support roles. Key Responsibilities: Collect CVs of candidates (teachers, morsheds, other academic/support roles) from various sources and channels. Review and filter CVs according to the company’s hiring criteria. Reach out to potential candidates and manage communications. Coordinate and request video test submissions from shortlisted candidates. Maintain an organized database of applicants and their status in the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and professional representation of the company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to identify suitable candidates based on specific criteria. Attention to detail in reviewing CVs and tests. Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies. Previous experience in recruitment is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for educational institutions or training centers. Knowledge of onboarding best practices.
