You may come from a professional, industry, or academic background, bringing relevant experience that informs your teaching practice and connects theory with real-world application. You are passionate about inspiring the next generation of business professionals and share Victoria University’s commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable, and transformative learning environment. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience in tertiary education and the ability to engage diverse learners through innovative, applied, and student-centred approaches. Having an active research interest or scholarly engagement in your field will be considered a distinct advantage, particularly where it informs teaching excellence. You bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong organisational skills to an intensive teaching schedule—delivering undergraduate units over four-week blocks (three sessions per week) and postgraduate units over eight-week blocks (two sessions per week). You will enjoy the energy and immediacy of VU’s Block Model, where you can see students grow and succeed in real time. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reflective teaching skills are essential for success in this role. To be eligible, you must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
