Academic Success Coach (Part-Time)

Belleville | Picton | Stirling | Napanee

We’re growing our award-winning team - and currently hiring Academic Success Coaches across all Lighthouse locations.

At Lighthouse Tutoring, we provide structured, curriculum-aligned support for K–12 students in a positive, encouraging environment. Our team is supported with materials and guidance developed by an Ontario Certified Teacher, so you can focus on what matters most: helping students build confidence and succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1-on-1 with students (K–12)
• Support homework, skill-building, and academic confidence
• Deliver sessions using structured, pre-planned materials
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Track simple session notes and student progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys working with students
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, patient, and coachable
• Interest in education, mentorship, or youth development

Our team includes university students, education-focused individuals, and those looking to grow their experience in a structured academic setting.

Performance Bonus Opportunity:

You may be eligible for a 10% monthly performance bonus based on:

• Consistent attendance (on time and prepared)
• Positive feedback from students and families
• Strong overall performance and professionalism

Bonus eligibility is based on performance and consistency, at the discretion of the Company.
