Academic Success Coordinator / Trainer and Assessor

We are looking for professional and student-focused Academic Success Coordinators who are qualified VET Trainers and Assessors to support our students and academic teams across our five campuses.

The Academic Success Coordinator is a dual-function role that combines training delivery, assessment, student academic support and campus coordination. This position supports students throughout their learning journey by monitoring academic progress, assisting students at risk, supporting trainers, and maintaining academic standards across delivery and assessment.

Job Duties

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting training sessions in accordance with course curriculum and training plans as required, assessing students, providing constructive feedback, marking assessments within required timeframes, and participating in validation and workshop activities.
