SUMMARY
UD is currently seeking an Academic Success Specialist to provide support for first-generation student programming, especially the College Citizens program, the Constantin Scholars program, and UD’s First Gen Small Groups initiatives. This position offers quality academic advising and targeted support services to students. The Academic Success Specialist reports to applicable state and federal agencies in coordination with other institutional offices.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree.
· Three years experience in student services or related experience.
· Experience or knowledge of liberal arts undergraduate education preferred.
· Experience with first generation student success advising or underrepresented student populations highly valued.
